This weekend is the Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase! 10/2-10/4. Homes are open Friday 1-7pm, Saturday/Sunday noon-6pm.

It’s time for the Fall edition of the Remodelers Showcase!  This year we have two amazing projects to share. Each renovation is unique and executed with attention to the home’s individual design criteria.  Both remodels exemplify Otogawa-Anschel’s design excellence, creative solutions, and extensive care for the homeowner and the environment.  Come see our created spaces in person, and you will never look at a remodel the same way again.

By adding on just four feet and reconfiguring the space, we were able to create a light filled office, mudroom, and a three-quarter bath, and a spacious kitchen!

The addition is seamless and the design blends perfectly with the period of the home.  Come visit this remarkable transformation!

Home 2. 14107 Cobbler Ave, Rosemount

Our client wanted a kitchen that she and her young son could both cook in together simultaniously and would allow for them to spend quality time together.

They also wanted a more inviting space for their family and friends to visit and sample their culinary masterpieces!  This cook’s kitchen features Custom eucalyptus local cabinetry, 100% remnant stone counters, hand scrapped hickory floors, Wolf induction cooktops, Wolf steam oven, Wolf convection oven and a Sub Zero Fridge, just to name a few.

From the homeowner-

“It’s been 13 years since my husband and I bought this home, which worked great except for the kitchen which was crowded and cluttered.  Since cooking is my passion, my husband promised me the “kitchen of my dreams”.  After my husband passed away, I decided that life was short and I should pursue the dream. My son, who is 7, loves to cook as much as I do, so I wanted to incorporate a space for him so that we could cook independently , yet still together….The entire project was fun and stress-free and the results are incredible!  My son and I love everything about the new kitchen!”
