Minnehaha Falls

This small home had a partial second floor that had he potential to be finished. We added an addition to the front of the home along with a cantilevered front deck that serves double duty as a covered entry. We created a dual entry bathroom that also provides access to a laundry, making the greatest use of the space. Even the vanity has been maximized for storage.

The kids rooms have designated art spaces framed in like windows with chalk shelves instead of sills to encourage drawing on the walls (but in the right places). We used a mix of reclaimed wood and carpet to create pathways between spaces.
