Sustainable Beauty

This whole home remodel is full of creative twists that match the homeowners two distinct styles. The myriad features of this home include a kitchen made entirely out of submerged beech pulled out of Lake Superior, bathroom vanities made from reclaimed barnwood, and one of the grooviest curved shower tile patterns ever!

The second floor was super insulated and re-designed to create a home office specifically for a graphic designer, a cozy bedroom and spacious bathroom with walk in shower, all designed to reflect the style of one of the homeowners. The first floor bathroom takes a different turn to reflect the aesthetic of the other homeowner. The kitchen features a mix of reclaimed granite, marble, and reclaimed wood. One access point was closed off to create an amazing C shaped kitchen with eat in counter.

The living room and dining room are trimmed out to match the style of the home, with some creative license taken on the partition between dining and kitchen. The result is a total home transformation that is both bungalow and modern marvel!
