Minnehaha Facade

This Sears home struggled with a failing facade that offered not covered space to enter the home. The overly flat front gave the home a thin appearance that needed definition. Our solution required a variance that the city was happy to give to this creekside home, which is now quite beautiful Sometimes the solutions are simple.
