Golden Valley Dream

This Golden Valley rambler underwent a transformation to ensure the homeowners could continue to enjoy their home for years to come. The creation of a primary suite on the main floor with laundry, walk in closet, and spa like environment is the dream come true.

The front entry was made more beautiful (and livable) with the addition of cedar planters, stone work, and a sitting area. Walking inside, a radial inset of tile provides space for shoes while keeping snow and grit away from the hardwood floors.

Subtle adornments like curved walls and integrated bookshelves, are the flourishes that give the space personality. In the lower level two bedrooms were added along with a spacious bathroom for when family or guest came to stay. And of course, the wet bar and lounge for movie night are an added bonus.
