Serene space

When people talk about wanting a “white kitchen” what they are really craving is clean, well lit, uncomplicated space where they can enjoy the craft of cooking. This kitchen remodel turned an extremely dated 70’s era cacophonic kitchen into a near perfect example of a calming serene kitchen. We changed the window configuration, took out a wall, modified the layout, and voila. This space is transformed into the heart of the home.

The refined details give the eye plenty to enjoy. From the graining of the cabinetry to the subtle texture of the tile. The flow of the kitchen is optimized for the family. Baking station, action cooking station, and space to congregate. Nothing is too far out of reach, and yet nothing is confining.

Maximizing light, the windows draw sunshine into through the corner and across the room. Removing the wall to the dining room completes the experience. This is a home that sets your mood immediately to calm
