Second Story Victory

This 740 sf home was in desperate need of more space. A second story combined with a small kitchen addition brought the home to a respectable 1600 sf, and created a mixture of traditional and more contemporary spaces. Featuring locally sourced FSC millwork throughout, a reclaimed church door, salvaged granite counters, new mechanicals, triple glaze windows from Pella and an R80 ceiling under a new metal roof, this home is a stunning example of green resilient building in an urban setting.
